APPLY FOR AN EXCLUSION PROGRAM from the Philippines’ Government Gaming Regulator, PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). 

There are 2 types of programs:

Self-exclusion

1.The applicant may request an exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years.

2.Upon expiration, the Self-Exclusion order will be lifted automatically. The applicant may re-apply for an exclusion extension.

3.A Self-Exclusion period is irrevocable for the first six (6) months.

4.DOWNLOAD THE PAGCOR SELF EXCLUSION FORM

Family Exclusion

1.Any one of the following family members may request for a player’s exclusion:

  • Spouse
  • Child at least 18 years old
  • Parent

 

2.The applicant may request an exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or 3 years.

3.Upon expiration, the Family Exclusion order will be lifted automatically. The applicant may re-apply for an exclusion extension. 

 

All exclusion orders shall take effect in all PAGCOR operated and regulated gaming facilities. Once the PAGCOR Exclusion Form is fully accomplished, submit it inside a sealed long-sized brown envelope with the following written on it:
